To get the most from Newport Makerspace, why not apply to become a member? Your membership will help to maintain the makerspace as a community resource so it can continue to exist and operate in the future.

As a member, you gain access to the makerspace whenever it is open, access to the facilities we offer and become part of a community of talented and welcoming people. You can also join members meetings and vote on all organisational decisions to shape the future of the makerspace.

We have a small amount of work to do before our membership program is ready to go, but we aim to ask for a monthly contribution of £10, with concessions available. We are keen that fees don’t prevent people from benefitting from the space and so we have a weekly community night which is free for anyone to attend. We aim to host events and workshops that will be open to the public.
