Become a Newport Makerspace Subscriber

To get the most from Newport Makerspace, why not apply to become a subcriber? Your subscription will help to maintain the Makerspace as a community resource so it can continue to exist and operate in the future.

As a subscriber, you gain access to the Makerspace whenever it is open, access to the facilities we offer and become part of a community of talented and welcoming people. You can also join subscribers meetings and influence most organisational decisions to shape the future of the Makerspace.

Normal subscription is a monthly contribution of £10, with concessions available. We are keen that fees don’t prevent people from benefitting from the space and so we have a weekly community night which is free for anyone to attend. We aim to host events and workshops that will be open to the public.

Subscriber Payment Confirmation

The makerspace has a rolling monthly subscription, paid by standing order or cash-in-hand paid to our treasurer. The standard fee is £10 per month. If you feel the Makerspace is worth more then you can make a higher contribution and this will help to ensure the Makerspace is operational in the future. Note that all subscribers have the same privileges.

Newport Makerspace / Creudy Casnewydd aims to be accessible to as many people as possible, including those with reduced or irregular incomes. If you need to discuss affordability, contact the committee.
